  • As a native Charlottean and University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) graduate with deep roots in the community, I have a unique understanding of the Charlotte area. My real estate journey spans over 40 years, during which I have had the privilege of helping countless clients find not just houses, but homes. My experience extends across residential, land, and commercial properties, with a particular expertise in both new home sales and general brokerage. In the 1990s, I owned and operated a Century 21 franchise, where I managed a team of over 25 agents.

My career has also taken me beyond Charlotte, with time spent living and working in Florida and Raleigh. Today, I maintain strong connections to the Pacific Northwest, where two of my five children reside—one in Seattle and another on Vashon Island. The region holds a special place in my heart, as it is home to many of my loved ones.

When I'm not busy helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, you’ll find me immersed in books, writing a novel, experimenting in the kitchen, enjoying time with my grandchildren, or traveling. Despite these varied interests, nothing brings me greater joy than guiding someone through the process of buying or selling a home—a role I’ve fulfilled for decades with passion and dedication.

The trust and comfort my clients feel with me are reflected in the repeat business and personal referrals that have sustained my career. Whether you're selling a cherished family home or looking for the perfect place to create new memories, I'm here to help you every step of the way.
